Hydra

Six months with an operator who has scaled 300 agencies, working the one constraint capping yours.

A named operator inside your business for six months, working the one constraint capping growth: a quarterly progression plan, the systems to execute it, a private channel for the decisions that can't wait, and a weekly session to hold the line.

Six month engagement

What does Hydra's 1-1 consulting engagement include?

Hydra's 1-1 consulting engagement is a six-month program scoped and priced per engagement. It includes a private 30-minute consulting session each week, a private Slack Connect channel, the systems and templates Hydra installs with its clients, and access to weekly group calls. Work runs on a 90-day cycle: identify the constraint, build a progression plan, track progress against KPIs at 30 and 60-day checkpoints, then reset at 90 days.

What it includes

The plan

  • A quarterly progression plan built around the phase of growth you're in right now
  • The KPIs that plan is judged on, agreed up front and reviewed at 30 and 60 days

Every week

  • A private session with a Hydra partner, spent working the plan itself
  • Access to weekly group calls alongside other operators

Throughout the six months

  • A private Slack Connect channel for questions, reviews, and between-session work
  • The systems and templates we install with every client, yours to keep

Each quarter

  • An audit that names the constraint you're on now and what has to happen to lift it
  • A progression plan architected for you and your team to implement
  • 30, 60, and 90-day checkpoints that re-prioritize as things move

How it runs

  1. Day 1

    Identify the constraint

We work out the phase of growth you're in through due diligence and our questionnaire, then name the constraint capping you and what it will take to lift it.

  2. Day 1 to 30

    Build the progression

We architect a progression plan for your phase of growth: the objectives, the tasks, and the system implementations that make it happen.

  3. Day 30 to 60

    Track the progression

We hold you accountable to the plan and make sure your KPIs line up with where you need to get to. Priorities adjust at each checkpoint.

  4. Day 90

    Recognize the outcome

We solidify what has been done across the quarter, then shift the discussion to next steps and the constraint that has been promoted in its place.

Who it’s not for

  • Owners who want the work done for them, which is what the Acquisition System Build is for
  • Anyone unwilling to be held accountable to a progression plan
  • Businesses after a list of tactics to try this quarter

What we commit to

What we are on the hook for, in writing, before you book.

  • The discovery call ends with the diagnosis whether or not we work together
  • You work with Nicholas or Josh directly. There is no junior layer and no handoff after the sale
  • The KPIs the plan is judged against are agreed with you up front, not chosen afterwards to look good
  • If the constraint moves, the plan moves with it. You're not held to a scope that has stopped being the right work
