Terms of use

Last updated 14 August 2026

Scope

Hydra Consulting Group, LLC ("Hydra", "we") operates https://workwithhydra.com. We are a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any consulting engagement with Hydra, which is covered by a separate signed agreement. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

The content here is general, not advice

Articles, glossary entries, benchmarks, and the diagnostic tool are published as general guidance for client-service businesses. They are not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and they are not tailored to your circumstances.

Benchmark ranges are drawn from our own portfolio. They are a starting point for a conversation, not a standard you are obliged to meet.

Results

Client results published on this site are specific to those businesses and the work done with them. They are documented outcomes, not projections, and they are not a promise of what any other business will achieve. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, team, and execution.

Intellectual property

The content, frameworks, and design of this site belong to Hydra. You may read, share, and quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Client names and logos shown on this site are the property of those businesses and appear with their permission.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We may withdraw access to the site, or to a gated download, from anyone doing those things.

Third-party services

Booking runs through iClosed and reviews are displayed through Trustpilot. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or their handling of your data beyond what our privacy policy describes.

Liability

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, Hydra is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on anything published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and Hydra each submit to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the UK or EU, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

Before starting proceedings, email us and give us thirty days to resolve the matter. Most disputes are cheaper to settle in a conversation.
